Surcharges
Final cleaning is charged at 40 - 50 € per apartment.
Pets are welcome. We charge an additional 10 € per day.
If you are travelling with children and require a cot or extra bed, we charge an additional 15–20 € per day.
Please let us know in advance so that we can prepare everything for you.
General information
A tourist tax of 3.50 € per person per night is charged for all guests aged 14 and over.
For a reservation we ask for a 50% deposit. Payment can be made by bank transfer or postal cheque.

We reserve the right to charge booked days in full in the event of late arrival or early departure.
In the event of cancellation, we charge the booked apartment price for at least three days if we are unable to re-let the apartment.
On the day of arrival, booked apartments are available from 3.00 pm. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate them by 10.00 am.
We need this time to prepare the apartments carefully for arriving guests.
All our apartments are non-smoking apartments!
